* Encourage staff to meet targets.
* Handle Groups and special services inquire.
* Responsible for all cash and cash equivalents in the ticketing area.
* Dealing with all mishandled passengers, NORECs, and DNBs as required each day
* Knowledgeable of all ticketing Process such as EMD’s refund, issue, and manual reissue
* Support the customers to resolve difficult issues and problems about reservations and ticketing
* Creating reservations, quoting fares, and issuing or reissuing of tickets manual or by ATC ticketing system.
* Serve customers professionally through phone or in-person to achieve customer satisfaction and reach our target
* Liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s.

*Deal with passenger's complaints.
* Make sure that passengers and baggage flows are maintained.
* Liaise with others, such as staff from airlines and handling agents
* Supervise the handling of lost, damaged, or misdirected property on behalf of airlines.
* Help passengers who are facing delays, including transferring process and accommodation.
* Supervise the check-in process in the transit area to make sure that the correct procedures have been followed.
* Assist passengers with special needs, such as disabled and elderly passengers, and young or unaccompanied minor passengers.

*Assist temporarily during Doha airport opening in the recruitment process for new joiners.
* Assist with QAS training team in the training coordination process for the new joiners.

*Prepare high-standard quotations from inquiries received.
* Benchmark and compare suppliers' price and availability options.
* Finalize customer’s bookings and ensure Holiday quotations are provided.
* Creation of group bookings and Tours for corporate companies via the Opera system.
* Ensure all bookings are guaranteed and confirmed with completed booking details.
* Prepare sales presentations for quotations & tenders in PowerPoint and Opera System.
* Assist in maximizing Room Revenue and occupancy via online and offline booking engines.
