• Creation & management of the instruments index data base also Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments spare parts .
• Development of instrument and control portion of P&IDs .
• Preparing and reviewing engineering studies, design drawings, documents and equipments specifications
• Natural gas burners maintenance and ignition in kilns, dryers, boilers and flares .
• Applying the reliability centered maintenance ( RCM ) Program for the factory stations .
• Reviewing Loop drawings for Machine Monitoring system(PROXIMETERS) .
• Reviewing Loop drawings for field instruments .
• Working in accordance to HSE rules especially in hazard and chemical areas.
