o Develop and implement inspection and test plans for piping activity.
o Inspection of field installation and complete final P&ID checks.
o Assist supervision and project controls in preparation of detailed work plans.
o Responsible for the development of pressure test packages and responsible for witness and acceptance of
hydro test.
o Prepare filed change documentation and as-built documentation as required.
o Interpret design drawing and interface with engineering office to resolve design issues.
o Control and monitor the welding activities at the site and observe any Non-Conforming case
o Piping punch list, Reinstatement and Punch B closing
oCarrying out all Piping activities.
o Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines.
o Supervising site staff.
o Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
o Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
o Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
o Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
o Communicating with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
o Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment's installation activities.
o Carrying out all Piping activities.
