• English Language Teacher at New Horizons - December 2013 to July 2014
Working in a language center helped me diversify my teaching skills. After proving to be a good teacher for kids, this helped me gain confidence when it comes to teaching adults.
• Writing: 2013-2014
Writing articles for a well-known magazine between the youth. After publishing two articles on the magazine's Facebook page and getting positive feedback and a minimum of 500 likes, I was finally able to work as a full-time writer in the magazine publishing a weekly article tackling youth-related issues such dating, self-esteem and self realization.
• Customer services Representative at Sutherland Global Services - June 2011 to December 2013 (AT&T Value /AT&T U-Verse)
Working as customer service representative for two years was indeed beneficial.
I was able to gain remarkable communication skills, English speaking fluency, patience, adherence and commitment.
Roles & Duties:
- Handling inbound inquiries & Customer Escalations
- Performing Up selling
- Providing customer services based on certain KPIs such as customer satisfaction, sales, quality, and AHT.
