Duties and job description:-
1- Represent mechanical technical department in Project Design review and management
board.
2- Represent MEP technical department in risk management committee.
3- Lead the design and technical team in design review process starting from the concept
and detail of the design through to execution.
4- Issuing RFI’S and design notices.
5- Coordination between design and technical support team for the project.
6- Document control and management of project documentation through PWS &
PCM (Primavera Contract Management)
7- Design review, technical studies, proposals and cost analysis through all design
phases from concept to final design.
8- Monitor and control design process in according to project specification and
optimum economical engineering practice.
9- Managing and maintaining design deliverables in according to contractual
obligations.
Projects:-
1- King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) 30 high rise LEED certified buildings with total value of 17 billion Saudi Riyal; mixed use project including commercial, residential, offices and
hotels
2- King Abdullah Mataf Extension (KAME)
3- King Abdullah Service building (KASB)
4- Development of King AbdulAziz Endowment (DOKAE)

1- Design of Air Conditioning Systems according to international engineering standards and
project specifications.
2- Design development focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and
sustainability.
3- Ventilation and heat load calculations using Carrier HAP 4.3 software.
4- Duct and pipe network sizing and calculation.
5- HVAC systems selection to meet client requirements, project application and international
standards.
6- Equipments selection & sizing including FCU, AHU, fans, pumps, chillers and cooling towers.
7- Prepare and review engineering design drawings.
8- Coordination with other departments to assure design integrity, ease of installation,
accessibility and maintainability.

1- Supervise the installation work of piping and duct networks according to shop drawings and
engineering standards.
2- Supervise installation of various air conditioning equipments such as FCUs, AHUs, chillers,
chilled water pumps, cooling towers, condenser water pumps according to engineering
standards and manufacture recommendations.
3- Maintain planned execution time to handover work with in time.
