1-Develop and implement the sales strategy to increase the customer portfolio as well as supporting profitable growth with the existing customers in the Decorative segment.
2-Develop and implement marketing plans (pricing, brand positioning, retail and advertising) to secure growth.
3-Identify potential customers and collecting market data to open new Jotun dealers to increase Jotun’s market share.
4-Following up by frequent visits with key accounts dealers to ensure achieving the targeted sales budget and to motivate them to sell up Jotun products and to maintain minimum selling price to enhance dealers’ profitability.
5-Trains Jotun dealers shop staff by giving them Sales course (Jotun Way) in order to meet the end customer requirements.
6-Implement sales and marketing activities trough sales promotions, Marketing campaign, Merchandising, Shop display.
1-Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
2-Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
3-Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
4-Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
5-Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
6-Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
7-Arranging and carrying out product training.
8-Analyzing costs and sales.
9-Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records.
10-Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
11-Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
12-Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
1-Contact and follow up with clients to make sure that all their requests are being fulfilled.
2-Identification of competition level.
3-Maintaining & develop a good relationship with clients.
4-Visit new projects (Site visit) & identify our company C.V. & materials make orders, provide Projects with technical support.
5-Negotiation with customer pre-analysis of sales offer & purchase order.
6-Collection of money from clients from sites project or major customer.
7-Visit consultant firms & identify our company C.V. & materials.
1-Monitoring & managing all sales functions, receive and Review the customer requirement & prepare the sales offer customer relation & retention to fulfill short and long term growth.
2-Performing necessary communication with concerned persons
(Internal departments) for the issue related to the customer requirement.
3-Preparing the quotation & performing the necessary negotiation with the customer for all order - related matters ( Sales offer - Visit )
4-Issue of the Sales order against the customer order.
5-Performing necessary communication with the customer regarding satisfying customer requirement and/or clarification.
