» The main responsibility is to keep shipping fleets in optimal working condition.
» Manage the repair of the vessels by overseeing all activities directly related to the repairs.
» Supervise the work being undertaken by shipyard when the vessel is in dry dock.
» Charged with the maintenance and repair of marine vessels.
» Carry out Overhauling of compressors, valves, engines, pumps, turbo-chargers etc.
» Create a professional service report after each job.
» Inspect and prepare vessels for all types of classification survey including special & annual survey.
» Recommend timing of repairs and identify the most cost effective level of maintenance.
» Provide a risk assessment and prioritization of all on and off-ship maintenance requirements.
» Identify weaknesses in the maintenance plans, to include modernization recommendations.
» Supervise the maintenance of production equipment in the company departments: IV solutions, WFI
& drops, Haemodialysis solutions, Purified water, Sodium Bicarbonate, Pumps troubleshooting &
maintenance.
» Ensure equipments are in good working order so as to prevent breakdown and resolve issues swiftly.
