everything from cost to quality, providing guidance for all members of the team when it comes to
designing, implementing, and updating.
Operations manager for CFM projects hard and soft services including Cairo Festival City Mall,
IKEA, Carrefour, AXA, Decathlon and UAE Ambassador’s residency.
Responsible for Operations Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Warehouse, Staff Performance, Customers
Satisfaction, Contract Renewal with clients and subcontractors, reviewing the profitability and losses
of the projects, performing the annual appraisal for staff, facilitate the required needs for operating the
projects…. etc.
Supervising all site technical departments (Architect-Electrical-
HVAC- Mechanical)
Following up on the daily tasks of the departments
Making sure that the monthly preventive maintenance is made
according to required standards of the departments
Meet the client’s satisfaction
Maintenance of split units, Central Air Conditioning and chillers.
* Responsible for a group of technicians, supervising their daily
work.
* Projects worked at: Modern academy, Oriental weavers, Suez
Petroleum Company.
* Worked in the department of installation of central air conditioners
for one year.
