1. Prepare official HR documentation like certificates, termination letters,
package letter, offer letter and contrast as well as prepare settlement for
employees .
2. Handle various forms including leave application, training and travel forms .
3. Assist in administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff .
4. Ensure that employee’s passports, work permits, resident permits are always
valid and update them in the system .
5. Assist the Manager in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual plan, and
annual report .
My university degree has been equation by the ministry of education in Kuwait Bachelor in management information system.
