- Working as a Resident Engineer on a complex school project with budget of 200, 000, 000 million Dirhams.
- Reporting to the projects director.
- Design structures that must endure stresses and pressures inflicted through human use and environmental conditions.
- Review the load caulcaltions proposed for the civil and MEP works.
- Preparing a written method statement to provide an evidence that the work will be managed in a high quality.
- Analyze the survey reports to make a proper coordinates for the projectelements.
- Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.
- Prepare all project documents and design and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies and participate in evaluation of all engineer personnel.
- Discuss deviations from specified construction materials and procedures with Engineer-In-Charge.
- Regularly review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors.
- Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with the contractor and appropriate personnel and report on any issues, as necessary.

- Collecting and analyzing soil samples to determine whether they are suitable for
- Manage the repair and maintenance at site with the priopdical inspections for the work done.
( June 2018 till December 2019) - Project Engineer at Done Contracting Company, Dubai, UAEwith 10000 AED Salary and 8 Hours working, Full time
• Manage a building consists of (B+G+P+10+R+TR floors) with total cost of 75, 000, 000 AED, in one of the projects of EXPO 2020.
• Responsibilities:-
- Study the drawings properly prior to execution and recommending the same for review if required.
- Soil investigation for foundation design, drawing and checking the bearing capacity of the soil at sites.
- Site supervision, quality control and cross checking of Interim Payment certificates and invoices submitted by contractors or third party.
- Analyzing the causes of delay if any and preparation of catch up programmes, if required.
- Asserting the safety norms and preventive measures at the work place to avoid any uncertainty or accident.
- Planning, survey, design, drawing, estimation and costing of the projects in which consultants were not hired during its execution. Analysis of items rate also analyzed during the implementation of the projects.
- Making meeting with the stakeholders and the site staff to make study for the site requirements.
- Arrange engineering specifications and condition.
- Estimate and advise the suitable civil material to do the work at site.
- Confirm that the site plans sustain with design benchmark, the conditions of civil codes and international specifications.
- Closing of documents for NRCs as IRs for consultants'; tenders, specifications, evaluation guidelines, comparative charts, schedules, agreements, proposals, technical audits, workshop, seminars and reports of the projects for all stakeholders.
- Check and verify the documents submitted by consultants or third party in planning, designing, drawing, estimation and costing of the projects.
- Daily production of operatives and calculation of unit rates.
- Supervising internal and external finishing works as plaster works, gypsum board fixing, painting, tiling and suspended ceiling.
- Supervising the joinery works as doors and windows.
