Scheduling and planning for maintenance projects and turnarounds at chemical plants from conception through closeout
Planning including major refinery overhaul
Quantities and cost estimates
Define detailed engineering scopes of work for execution of engineering both with on-site and external engineering support groups
Control Inspection Center Documentation, tools and permits issuance and assist Inspection Supervisor compiling data over Refinery Equipment
Maintaining/updating soft and hard ware of all stationary equipment history cards including issuance of new/projects equipment inspection history cards.
Development of software for inspection techniques
Assist Inspection Head on new and advanced inspection techniques, tools, software etc.
Establishment, updating inventory list of inspection tools, consumables
Coordination of following inspection activities.
Work permits
Issue of contracts where third parties outside inspection are involved
Management of Inspection correspondence
On stream Inspection schedules, recording, updating such as inspection of:
Piping
Tanks internal/external
Relief Valves
