Project Manger reports to the Manager of Projects with primary responsibility for supervising of all assigned team members Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman and comprising deal with owner & consultant engineer and check the progress for the activities ( Mechanical, Electrical, Civil works ) and coordinate the following :-
•Achieve the targets and compliance in line with project requirements as : Budget, Schedule, HSSE, Quality, Company Policies, Standards and procedures.
•Managing project progress and adapt work as required
•Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
•Review with Procurements the Designing and signing off on contracts as required for subcontractors.
•Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
•Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
•Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
•Manage and monitor contract, project scope, milestone and schedule plan.
•Being overall responsible for planning, construction, testing, and oversee day to day the progress in the work plan to ensure project deliverables within the cost baseline, time and quality.
•Establish the QA/QC plan including development of the inspection, test plan and audit schedule.
•Work with teams on a regular basis to ensure compliance with smart sheet and workflows and measure the performance against goal and target.
•Collaborate and support the team with knowledge of methods statement and applications of each activities to meet the cost baseline and budget
•Direct and follow up the daily, weekly & monthly reports and meetings to prepare productivity and progress report for the site.
•Monitoring and follow up of final installations, constructions and inspections of all activates & infrastructure services works during all phases of constructions till final handover to the client.
•Ensure and Designing risk mitigation plan regarding for the Project activities and applying the safety standards - OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) requirements.
•Coordinate and attend the regular construction / commissioning meetings with consultant and subcontractor and follow up the pre-commissioning & commission activity plan.
•High problem solving and decision making ability, Effective planning and organization capabilities.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
•Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
•Advise on corrective & preventive actions.

-Management Field Supervision and site coordinate the all
construction activities and installation (Natural Gas Pipeline, Water, Fire Fighting, Fluids transmission ) and supervise site engineers, supervisors and contractors staff in the assigned area.
-Study and review the pipeline design, scope of work, material take off
MTO, the schedule, the performance curves and the cost estimation.
-Ensure that the welding procedures, inspection sheets, records, insulation and testing are properly documented and meet specific project requirements for owner and consultant engineer.
-Formulated and implemented strategies to ensure that the developing needs of the business are met by the right quantity and quality of skills so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
-Determination of laying methods, installation times, coordination and
review with GIS department & Technical Office.
-Review and study fluid systems, pumps, compressors, piping valves, control
valves (Regulators) and instrumentation.
- Provide technical and operational review for completed and commissioned systems, prior to handover to operations.
-follow up lessons learned incorporation into the engineering design until it
closed out.
-Review and approved the contractors invoices regarding for quantity
server reports and inspection reports.
-Assist to put project execution strategy schedules for procurement,
construction methods and planning, within target settings and management
of sub-contractors.
-Develop and implement a Project QC audit schedule.
-Ensure that the pipeline activities are achieving in the time with safely
works for persons and the equipments regarding for the Project
Specifications and applying the safety standards in the excavation and
backfilling as OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration)
requirements.
-Implement the remedial action during the time of construction to review &
approved the necessary construction drawings procedures, using different
standards and codes including ASME, ANSI, API, method of statement,
review the risk assessment and reports required for the construction.
-Ensuring the latest revisions of the drawings to the site and review the
design and verify the construction activities are as per the approved
drawings and procedures.
-Mark the site changes in the approved construction drawing and prepare
the as built drawing.
-Assist the project manager in preparation of sub contract agreements and
to recruit people for his area
of discipline.

Job Description:
Responsible for managing the technical integrity of the facilities including :-
-Coordination the project activities of pipeline network of firefighting
(under ground & above ground) and make MTO.
-Provide development of construction plan, plot plan, equipment layout,
piping routing, piping isometric, pipe support design, field mapping, and
system schematics
-Installation plumbing pipeline (sewage, storm and drain) using PVC
and high density polyethylene HDPE pipes and connection with steel pipes.
-Installation firefighting pipeline using HDPE under ground and carbon steel above ground.
-Installation to all type of Sprinklers inside the buildings.
-Installation HVAC works as duct line, child water & hot water pipeline carbon steel.
-Resolving outstanding issues with Consultant & Client.
-Ensuring the latest revisions of the drawings to the site and verify the construction activities are as per the approved drawings and procedures.
-Coordination with the technical office and procurement to assure the
deadlines for the approved drawings and the delivery of the materials.

Job Description:
Responsible for managing the technical integrity for testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning and start-up activities to the facilities including :-
-Determine the requirements and scope of work, specifications, shop drawings, permissions, work permit, procedures and all approved technical documents updates of the project .
-Prepare the required reports as job safety analysis (JSA), checklist, preservation & check sheets, tool box meetings, required licenses and submit to the turnover team .
-Attend daily meetings with commissioning coordinator and team leaders to update the progress report .
-Coordinate with discipline engineers, sub-contractor team, the respective suppliers for the rotating equipments and all related staff to solve any technical problems.
-Prepare and provide input at P&ID review, HAZOP and HAZID review for activities related to pre-commissining, commissioning and start-up operations.
-Prepare and make sure from all various activities which related to testing, pre-commissining, commissioning and start-up process as chemical cleaning, leak testing, pipeline pigging, spring support, catalyst loading, flushing, steam blowing, package unit , inerting plant start-up operations, stabilization
-Familiar with SCAD system (supervisor control and data acquisition), SLD(single line diagram), equipment layout, load list schedule, earthing, cable schedule, APC (advance process control), PLC (programmable logic controllers) and ESD (emergency shut down system) .
-Provide test equipments required to complete the testing operations to the site and make sure from its efficiency and quality.
-Enforce with PPE & HSE requirements to the worksite.
-Prepare and provide suitable testing procedures when required.
-Commissioning & start up gas regulators and gas stations which have Direct Acting or Pilot Acting (pressure reduction station P.R.S) and Module which have single stream and twin stream(BRYAN DONKIN, IGA, DRESSER, PETRO FERONTINY, ….) and Q 70, 300, 1000, 2000, 4000, 5000, 10000 SCM/HR.
-Install and maintain gas regulators & Module(Gas Station- PRS) and Volume Corrector.
-Review & study the quality and quantity (Material Take Off
MTO) of used materials and equipments.

Job Description:
Reports to the Senior Installation Engineer of the site with primary responsibility for gathering correct and accurate process data of the site, monitoring and analyzing operation condition of the site ensuring the assets are operated(test) and maintained in alignment with owner expectations. This position has responsibility for checking the safety, stable, efficient and reliable production of the assigned unit/ system to him within the operating area by observing all systems and units performance.
-Responsible for the installation & fabrication of Natural Gas pipelines (Carbon Steel or Polyethylene) to the target location.
-To supervise & monitor requirements of site as materials, equipments, tools, labour force and contractors through general foreman and supervisors.
-To ensure that all preformed activities under this role is in compliance with applicable Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
-Review of all prepared procedures.
-Participation in site process problem solving(providing instructions,
recommendations & innovative solutions)
- Following-up and supervising pneumatic & hydrostatic testing which requiredto the completed stage.
