Litigator:
Fully responsible for all company corporate cases in the Saudi Arabian territory and in Qatar and the U.A.E (coordinating with external counsel) with a 75% success rate (25 out of 33).
Responsible for the legal payments tracking process involving any delayed payments and payment installment plans for all company customers. (I implemented a new technique to reduce the company cases in courts through negotiation with insolvent clients to agree on a method of payment instead of processing legal action that reduced the collection cases by 57% (11 out of 26 with cooperation with A.R) and conducting a new collections Policy.

Give alternative articles to safeguard the company in case of any dispute regarding this agreement in the future.
Negotiate with other parties and their legal representatives on the general terms and conditions of the agreement.
Ensure that high management has complete awareness of any risk before they decide to go ahead with the agreement.

Corporate Legal Counsel:
Contribute a legality assurance perspective to the department strategic and governance processes, particularly the executive decision-making process.
Assist the entire organization and Division Heads in all corporate matters and provide the necessary legal support to divisions all over the GCC area to avoid any potential problems.
Organize annual legal training for key employees and Division Heads to increase awareness of legal matters and company policies aiming to assist Managers in the process of decision-making.
Draft parent company policies and regulations related to the labor law and the legal standards.
Deal with all labor cases. Since my current employer is the major manpower supplier for Saudi Aramco, we have more than 2000 employees working in Aramco Projects. We therefore have a high ratio of labor cases so we started a platform, so any employee can submit an online complain directly to the Legal Department which has successfully reduced the labor cases against the company by 40 %. We also negotiate with the plaintiff employees to safeguard the company resources and reputation.
Draft unified employment contracts according to the Saudi Labor Law to avoid any potential problems.
Perform any necessary Investigations with employees and determine Disciplinary Penalties in case of any violation to the company policies.
Issue warning & termination letters to employees and ensure that they are in accordance with Saudi Labor Law articles.

Board Secretary:
Ensure that all board decisions are legal and within their authority.
Make sure that all company policies and procedures concerning shareholders are transparent and disclosed according to Saudi joint stock companies’ laws.
Work with Officers and Directors to ensure that internal policy and report documentation is complete and correct and does not lead to errors.
Obtain the acceptance of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to AGM and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings.
Provide legal assist to Board Members in relation to corporate governance and ensure that the Saudi corporate governance regulations are followed and applied.
In consultation with the President, prepares agendas for the Executive Board and Council meetings.
Responsible for coordinating the orientation of new Board Members.
