A. Operations manager is responsible for a staff of 120 personnel including Software Developer, Software Testers.
B. The operations manager reports directly to the Business Development Manager and to the CEO in absence.
C. Excellent communication skills are mandatory with the General Manager, the V.P. of Operations, V.P. of Business Development, the customer service manager. Communication plays a very high role in this position.
D. In the absence of the of Business Development, the operations manager is responsible for the monitoring of productivity in the sales department and for quote approvals. Critique and govern incoming contracts from sales.
E. Monthly Team meetings and reporting to the Business Development manager.
F. It is the responsibility of the Operations Manger to ensure that professional Service department resource performance and Productivity up to the company standard and clients.
G. Planning for resources training and development according to the unit objectives and company objectives.
H. Monitoring and solve any issue prevent the resources from not performing well.
I. I. Complete knowledge and enforcement (including write-ups) of all company policies and procedures is required and mandatory dictation of, adherence to and following of each procedure is required. It is a must that the operations manager needs to be aware that what you are preaching must be practiced.
J. A clear knowledge of the entire Business of Software and Testing
K. Communicate with company support factions for any request related to the Professional service staff.
L. Responsible for the annual unit budgeting and other cost need to improve the operation
