setting and implementing service level standards (in liaison with other Claims Managers).
13. Ensure that all files are estimated accurately and regularly updated.
14. Deal with all complaints and to report to the Head of Claims as necessary.
15. Work with General Manager to retain and develop Greek business.

1. Managed & Succeeded, and in connection with the legal department to recover MCL claims
settlement from the municipality department of the country.
2. Implemented the appropriate warranties & exclusions to align with the Underwriter team to
retain the company’s rights against customers moral Hazards, and lead the client to
participate in the risk.
