• Interacting with branches to get the quick resolution of customer issue
• Assisting customers with banking related queries
• Creating and managing daily reports
• Interacting with the underwriting team, booking team, collection department and the sales team in order to whether loan disbursal case or amount on hold
• Assisting non-UAE customers with international (Egypt) account information
• Updating customers with daily currency exchange rate and remittance queries
•Handling expert meetings.
•Preparing a post-closing trial balance accounts & financial statements.
•Preparing accounting expert different reports (E.g. Commercial, Labor, civilian, ect.) for Dubai courts.
•Assist in preparing the audit reports.
•Supporting team in time management, planning & organizing the expert meetings and reports.
