Job description:
* Execution of superstructure & infrastructure works including
1 TSE storage tank 128mx54mx8 m height walls with the inlet chamber and outlet chamber
2-TSE pumping station with all instillation of equipments from pumps and magnetic valve meter
3-Equalization tank 56mx23mx10.5 height walls
4-MBR gallery tank 65m x56mx16.2 height walls with instillation of the pumps and bio membrane sheets and the odor pipe and monorail cranes
5- Dewatering building and its pumping area
6-Force main pipe line for more than 3.58 km from the Main pump station to the inlet of the plant including the creek crossing and washout chamber
7- MPS with 22 m deep and it was construct with climbing form system after finishing negative shutter with diaphragm wall and laminate with GRP system
8- All the surface net work at STP 2 (potable, sewage CCTV, MV cable, fire fight net work, HV cable, and rain network)
9- ALL the road work which included the road work, walk ways around the building and all the land escape work)
*preparation of brief of scope of work for the upper management

Main project features & scope:

They contained more than 45 water structures including water tanks, filter stations, anaerobic digesters & pumps stations,
more than 25 Service buildings including 2 biogas co-generation buildings (First incident in water treatment plants in UAE)
and 6 Substations in both sites.
Engineering: More than detailed 3, 500 drawings between Civil, mechanical and electrical. Other than the shop drawings and
the as built drawings.
Procurement: More than 450, 000 AED for Mechanical & Electrical Equipment only.
Construction: More than 125, 000 m3 of Reinforced Concrete cast in situ.
More than 350 Kms of cables varying between high, medium and low voltage cables were laid.
More than 14 Kms of GRP pipes with diameters varying between 2, 200mm and 800mm were laid.
More than 28 Kms of HDPE & UPVC pipes for service & potable water and drainage networks were laid.

Execution of superstructure works including:-
1- Primary tanks walls with 26m dim and 3.6 m height (4 tanks)
2-secondary tanks walls with 52m dim and 4.2 m height (8 tanks)
3-primary distribution chamber 23x14x15 m
4-secondary distribution chamber 23x10x8 m (2 chamber)
5-measuring meter chamber (5 numbers)
6- RAS &SAS chamber (2 numbers)
7- Co-generators building with instillation of generator and supervision for instillation of the generators.
