Setting up new enhancements and processes to develop and speed up the implemented process
Manage staff of clerical level consisting of training/development, customer service, accounting concepts, process
delivery, capacity planning and project work.
Coordinate technology initiatives and development, develop and implement new products/systems
Monitoring all returned checks for the asset based finance deals
Maintianing new leasing contracts for new clients
Monitoring compliance issues and risk areas regarding check collections.
Performing business unit compliance officer related tasks.
