• Construct data accumulation systems.
• Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent, and insurance).
• Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.
• Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls.
• Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost, and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division.
• Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research, and perform analytical studies in regard to cost analyses and profitability.

• Ensure timely submission, accuracy, and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management.
• Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs).

• Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department).
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts.
• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in France.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in
analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management
agreements
and transfer pricing policy
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives

statements.
* Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. Completes
external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
