o Manage Company assets (own fleet trucks) for $14 million with bulk, bags & raw dispatch.
o Direct 22 supervisors and around 251 contracted drivers.
o Manages owned and rented fleet operations in safely way through subordinates.
o Drive Operations team with enthusiasm and encouragement to perform.
o Monitor daily operations and ensure required performance.
o Implement new ideas and processes to improve safety and reduce costs and increase productivity.
o Monthly analysis related safety performance and fleet utilization.
o Set and monitoring drivers evaluation and their salary scheme.
o Build own fleet annual budget and follow up the cost to be within approved budget.
o Responsible for transport cement using own fleet & rented trucks to our warehouses to keep the minimum stock and to our ready-mix sites in addition to our ready-mix customers.
o Supervise the whole administrative works related to company drivers regarding safety trainings, evaluation, hiring, payment, Alcohol & Drugs tests, safety behavior…etc.
o Supervise the administrative works related to own fleet trucks regarding licenses, diesel consumption, availability of trucks for operations as well as maintenance, loading… etc.
o Set and devolved procedure regarding to dispatch cycle and defined a KPIs as demand fulfillment, waiting and loading time, response time.

o Setting planes for improving the performance of the trucks by organizing the process and undergoing projects.
o Re-organize the maintenance process to be easer, faster and more accurate and efficient.
o Updating the warehouses assignment in order to get an accurate and effective consumption.
o Create and implement the pack log for corrective maintenance for the trucks.
o Manage team of professionals who maintain the fleet of trucks.
o Perform site inspection of trucks and equipment during maintenance.
o Carry out the purchasing orders or contracts agreement through the organization system maintained by the company
o Identify, administrate, and control inventory levels for operative materials to insure the continuity of operations.
o Coordinate with all dept. to finalize the orders in accordance to policies established by the company
o Create plan for the engine and gearbox overhauling for the own fleet.
o Assign the daily duties of the material coordinator.
o Use the monthly preventive maintenance schedule for the preparation of the daily work schedule.
o Follow up the tire consumption and calculate the CPK for the tire and Tire Budget.

o Analysis the results if the sample is normal the truck continue to work under maintenance module but if it has a problem and report that to Corrective Maintenance Supervisor
o Execute the PDM program within the quality cycle methodology.
o Prepare and Broadcast the monthly PD.M program.
o Develop Guidelines the fleet PD.M program at least :
1. Oil analysis.
2. Wheel Alignment and evaluation suppliers according to the trucking American association.
3. Gas Analyzer
4. Technical Evaluation And another some programs

o Handling complaints: Receiving different types of complaints from customers and take necessary actions to solve them in the least possible time.
o Conducting after sales services: Contacting the customers for getting their feedback and if they are facing any problems after receiving the product as well as making sure that the transportation and other promised services have been presented to the customer as previously promised.
o Conducting a periodical revision for customer complains history.
o Provide top management with strategic information regarding transport market.
o Evaluate the haulers performance and distribute the dispatch quota among different haulers.
o Administrate the relationship with haulers and handle the problem they may face.
o Responsible for the daily availability of the 3rd party trucks.
o Responsible for the delivery response time of the 3rd party trucks.
o Supervise the follow-up process of the 3rd party dispatched trucks.
