Job Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Preparation of tender packages.
Preparation of cost databases linked with tender BOQs and price justification.
Cost analyses, and negotiating contracts sums and variations, based on labor costs and productivities, material costs and
consumption, tools/equipment rental costs or depreciation and agreed markups.
Cross-checking quantity take-offs and interim payment certificates
