Training & Development:
• Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
• Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
• Map out training plans for individual employees.
• Track and report on training outcomes.
• Maintain employee-training records.
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
• Assist in the design of training programs by conducting the required research
Performance Management:
• Preparing the Performance Management forms.
• Reviewing the performance management forms after being filled by employees and managers of each department.
• Comparing the results of each department and discussing the results with managers
• Setting a development plan due to the discussions with different departments.
Organization Development:
• Improving the Job Descriptions of every employee.
• Improving the Organization hierarchy according to the business needs.
• Improving the business processes according to the business needs.
Recruitment:
• Manage & collate job Applications and responses to all applicants within timely
Manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other
Recruitment sources.
• Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruited standards and processes.
• Source and screen CVs from the company database for the required positions to be
Filled in.
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates.
• Representing their employers at job fairs, recruiting events.
•Develop and Maintain relationships with employment agencies universities and other recruitment sources
•Post job openings internally and place outside job notices with various recruitment sources as directed.
•Screen applicants CVs and updated company database with CVs relevant to company requirements
•Coordinate with line managers to arrange for interviews with potential candidates Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualification
•Design and conduct new employee orientations ensuring smooth integration into the company
•Assist the HR Manager in the preparation and updating of Job Descriptions for all positions Assist the HR Manager in developing the Department’s annual budget
•Communicate, liaise and manage third parties providing benefits’ schemes such as health/life insurance companies, car rental/leasing companies
•Perform variety of supportive tasks as handling Car Licenses and car accident Insurances
•Assist the HR Manager in the design and implementation of regular employee satisfaction surveys
