Member of Project engineering team in providing technical expertise to Sales and Commercial Operations in
selecting, implementing and developing competitive solutions for potential opportunities incorporating company`s
portfolio & services and acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Led other project functions in executing the project based on specification, international/Local standards and customer
requirements.
• Travel to customer site to collect required data to start the project.
• Generate Bill of materials, cabinet drawings, testing procedure and other technical documents
• Configure equipment`s hardware / Software
• Led factory acceptance test activities
• Create as shipped drawings/documents after successful factory acceptance test

• Supported Sales team in achieving Sales operation plan (Target) in 2019/2020.
• Supported Service and installation team in successful commissioning for Machine condition monitoring systems
equipment’s.
• Led key project with end-users like ADNOC, Exxon Mobil and PDO
• Hardware, Software and functional testing for Turbine control systems and DCS (Mark VIe and Mark VI).
• Functional testing (logic, protection…etc.) for Control systems/ Bently Nevada vibration monitoring systems.
• Conduct Pre-FAT & FAT for Turbine control systems and DCS.
• Support commissioning team to execute successful commissioning of the projects.
• Travel to customer sites if required.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems for control systems.
• Installing and commission of various control systems and field instruments for water treatment including dosing units field install and troubleshoot like RO water treatment, Boiler water treatment, Cooling tower water treatment…….. Etc.)
• Troubleshooting and maintenance work for the Instrument, control and communication devices (Pressure, Flow, PH, ORP, Conductivity and temperature transmitters )
• Protocol conversion (Modbus, Profibus, RS485 …..etc.)
• On job training to the customer operator and maintenance staff.
• Travel on MENA region and Pakistan to support the company equipment
Constructing and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation and control systems for new FMN project (Flour Mills of Nigeria plc)
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and O&M for Abo Qir power planet 2*650 MW capacity for Instrumentation and control systems including Control Loops. Field instruments and Control Actuator and Field instrument & Valves Calibration.
Different types of control systems such as DCS, Boiler control system (BMS), Turbine control systems (TCS), Safety instrument systems, PLCs and vibration monitoring systems ( Bently Nevada)
