Production Department's Manager and the General Manager Assistance (of a Company).

I am a manager of the Production Department (of a compny that is belong to the Group), it consist of four sections those are heavy machines, light machines, welding & heat-treatment and electro-mechanical maintenance section. My work can be summarized as follow:
1- I am a member of the company committee of Strategic and Actuating Plans, I share in developing plans in consistence with the approved Vision, Mission and Goals.
2- Plan, Organise, Direct, Guide, monitor and review the progression of desired works of the department.
3- Supervise and follow up the scheduled technical tasks for the department' sectors.
4- Supervise and check the administration works go out or come to the department.
5- Plan and supervise the preparation of the lists of the required production's material and follow up the excution time-table.
5- Periodically evaluate those employees belong to the department.
I have scored Excellent grades on the following subjects: 1- Financial accounting, 2- Managerial Economics, 3- Managerial Statistics, 4- Human Resources Management and 5- Advanced Management. And Very Good grades on the followings: 1- Management Principle and 2- Organization Behaviors.
Advanced ability to design (Knowledge and Techniques) the simplest, proper and reliable model of metal or non-metal structures and membranes to perform the required jobs. I have advaced and modern studies on several parts of science and techniques, like Elasticity, Plasticity, Mechanical vibrations, Advanced application mathematics, Finite element method and Measuring instrumentation.
