The main achievements over the establishment phase and the 1st operational year of the company are:

• Creating the full identity of the company starting from the brand name, logo & color scheme passing by the social media assets & website and ending with the virtual concept of the company headquarters.

• Designing and developing the company’s products (service based) to match and fill a wide product ladder range to maximize the revenues and utilize the work stations capacity to gain the maximum possible profit.

2- Propose new plans to reach better optimization of the marketing mix of each product.
3- Monitor the cycle life of the Exterior products, and make proposals to the management team which helps in maximizing the maturity of the running products.


C. Innovation:

1- Create proposals for the new products to ensure it will cover the new market requirements and directions according to the continuously changing trends.
2- Create and follow up on market surveys which provides the direction of the new innovations, or indicates to the importance of modifying some of the current products.
3- Implement market testing for the newly developed products, and report the results to the management.


D. Marketing Tools:

1- Responsible for making new proposals related to the marketing tools (Catalogs, Brochures, Flyers, Display Stands & Panels) for both new and existing products, which aims to improve the customer experience and to make sure that these tools delivers the agreed message and purpose of each product.
2- Follow up on the manufacturing and distribution of the Display stands and sample panels and make sure that it matches the agreed timeline of the marketing plan.
3- Monitor the available stock of the marketing tools and make new orders according to the monthly consumption of each and to the upcoming plan to ensure the sufficiency of the stock.


E. Planning & Forecasting:

1- Responsible for creating the annual marketing plan of the exterior products.
2- Responsible for making the initial forecast of the exterior products according to the planned growth and to the data collected form the different sales segments within the company.

3- Initiated the first steps towards securing one of the biggest running projects in Egypt (New Ismailia), and been working along on it with the Projects Department.

4- Achieving excellent collection figures in parallel with the high sales growth (DSO = 5 days)

8- Being responsible for the coordination between the departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Production & Sales Admin) when it comes to required actions and modification on the IFS

9- Handling group Marine order as the local contact person in CSD. I was responsible for the communication with the group companies, coordination with other departments to ensure the delivery of all orders and to prepare the required documents for invoicing the group companies.


Related projects:

1- Implementation of the new ERP system 'IFS', I'm a Superuser in the Order Handling/Sales Admin, our role as Super users was to train all the related functions on the new system according to an agreed training program, were responsible also for the database migration between the old and new system, and we were the first backup line for the company as well.
The project started on February 2013 and ended on April 2014.

2- SOP (Standard Operating Procedures): A project which targeted the documentation of the work processes, in addition to implement analysis on each step of it to eliminate the current and potential waste, The project started on April 2014 and ended on December 2014.
