Handling all the Northern Emirates and Dubai.
Handling all engineering trades in Northern Emirates, such as post installed rebar applications, post installed anchor applications (chemical and mechanical), passive fire protection applications, cladding applications (fire stop and anchoring), and support systems for services (ducts, cable trays, drainage pipe, water supply pipes, firefighting pipes, etc.).
Providing training for contractors on how to apply fire stop systems and how to read tested systems.
Carrying out fire stop inspections.
Carrying seminars to contractors and consultants on how to do designs for post installed anchors, rebars and installations systems.
Prepare technical submittals for Engineering products.
Coordinate & communicate with sales teams to ensure sales of specified engineering products.
Develope strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications within the assigned segment.
Establish plan for all assigned projects and use CRM for scheduling.
Provide technical support for Hilti products. This support function includes, but not limited to, product demonstration, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation and submittals for all Hilti engineering products.
Ride with sales team to solve contractors’ issues using Hilti engineering products and assists them in closing sales opportunities of engineering products through coaching as well as proactively generating new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems and including activity and progress reporting and action plans.
Support the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities.
Handle the key customers and large projects in the market.
Supports the marketing department with information gathering and market sensing.
Analyze results & trends to develop strategies to improve performance.
Grant technical support for Hilti customers through trainings, seminars, designs and consultations.
Builds up of Multi Level Network within dedicated E&D Firms.
Provide consultations and preform inspections in construction worksites.
Prepare technical submittals and specification write ups for engineering products.
Carry out engineering designs.
Coordinate & communicate with sales team to ensure sales of specified engineering products. Prepare comparisons and business cases against competitors.

Spent 2 and half month in Dubai attending the academy of LWD and lived with 10 different nationalities.

Created all the required maintenance plans for old and newly introduced machines in the factory.
