1. Simulation Hospital project "HMC”: Main Contractor AL BALAGH supervised by KEO.
Systems Executed: District cooling from HMC plant to Heat exchanger to AHUs, FAUs 100% FA 420 TR, External and internal network.
Sprinkler system from main HMC pump room, Special plumbing and Drainage systems.
2. AMIRI GARD EXTENTION 17 Buildings. Main Contractor AL BALAGH supervised by Dorsch Gruppe.
Systems Executed: VRF and CHW system 1600 TR including 4 Pump rooms and 12 Chillers with supplying the buildings throw Pre-insulated external pipe to AHUs& FCUs, Sprinkler System from Main pump room to buildings with special systems like Foam System in generator room and FM200 in others, External water pipe HDPE Butt-fusion welding and Ductile iron for fire pipeline
• Supervision of Mechanical systems based on approved shop drawings and specifications taking into consideration project contract, specifications, approved design& Coordination drawings Ensuring the availability of adequate resources (Manpower, material, Tools, Shop drawings) for the execution of the assigned job taking into consideration reducing the wastage of material with increase Manpower productivity, safety regulations are considered.
• Assisting and providing information to drafting team in order to issue Mechanical shop drawing and AS-Built and MEP-COORDINATION drawing and Builder's work for Project followed IFC drawings, specifications
• Prepare material request for the project and check material delivered to site matching with approved material submittal, and follow date for delivered for long lead items

• Success to handing over the project with the completion of all Testing & Commissioning for plumping, drainage, FF, air and water balancing, integrity test, pre-commissioning for (pumps, AHU, FCU, VRV, and Chillers ) with the rectification of civil defense requirements

Scope of Work
• Monitoring and supervising the Contractor’s activities on site and daily progress including site inspection and checking of work on site in accordance to contract documents, approved Drawing, approved materials, Method of Statement, technical specifications ensuring correct implementation of work, ensuring the contractors has compiled the comments of the Engineer.
• Checking, recording, and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor with taking the necessary actions as send NCR or SOR or Letter according to the field of violation to rectify such discrepancies
• Quantity survey for complete services to adjust the invoice submitted by Contractor’s compare with B.O.Q and additional work as Variations approved from an engineer.
• Ensuring that the materials delivered to site comply with approved material Submittal as per Brand name and Authorized agency and checking Certificate of Origen and original Delivery note and packing list, covered all comments.
• Work as directed by the Senior Engineer to realize the objectives of the project; carrying out other assignments as required and Provide information for the Engineer’s Daily, monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied as per safety regulations
