Duties as a helpdesk:-
• Helpdesk support
• User desktop/laptop, printer, meeting room support helps resolving problematic event.
• User desktop/laptop provision prepare corporate standard os/software/application
and security settings before distribute to end users.
• The first point of contact whose primary responsibility is to initiate the appropriate response.
• Receive calls and problems from users:-"changing password to users, outlook issue

Worked as IT Helpdesk:-
Installing windows and other software.
Make a health check of all printers.
Solving outlook issues
Diagonize the laptops before delivering to suppliers
Install VPN
•Reporting Complaints to Developer.
•Troubleshooting problems via internet using
“Teamviewer”, Remote Access or in place.
•Installing windows and the setup of the Accounting
program of “EgySoft ”on client machine, installing
the Database in the server and making shortcuts in
the others computers to run the program through
the network.
•Updating and installing solutions at client Networks.
•At the beginning of each year, we receive the old
databases to create backup for them, deleting all
transactions and send the New Year Database to
EgySoft clients.
•At each year, going to the Ministry of Investment to renew the commercial register.
