• Leading the organization development & change management for strategic projects; Workload Analysis, Performance Management, Company restructure.
• Provides analytical and professional advice in business process management, including the development and refinement of HR policies & procedures, HR processes, rules and regulations to support the country's overall strategic vision.
• Developing strategy to position Egypt Foods Group as an employer of choice in the market and appointing the top talents in the market, the way that improves work efficiency and achieves the company vision.
• Provide expertise and support regarding manpower planning, staffing & redeployment to the HRBPs, and championing & implementing the corresponding processes.
• Governing and owning the company's Annual Performance Management System (SAP).
• Delivered Train the Trainer Tutorials for the Performance Management Program to train 55 trainers who trained 4000 users.
• Leading Talent Management related to Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Leadership Development, Career Development & Succession Planning.
• Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting managers on all aspects of the human resources function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues.
• Take shared responsibility with line managers in all robust HR processes and employee relations processes to facilitate shared responsibility for the management of people and ensuring that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
• Manage the update of JDs down to shop floor in order to keep the job profiles updated and ready for survey & recruitment usage.
• Manage updating policies & procedures to facilitate the business process.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve internal stakeholder management, build morale, increase productivity and manage people expectations.
• Manage Performance in terms of conducting awareness sessions, aligning strategic & individual goals, handling performance appraisal cycle and identifying development needs.
• Manage the design & the update of the company organization structure in order to ensure consistency in the charts within all the company.
• Work closely with department directors in identifying talent pool, establishing proper career path & development to maximize on their potential and monitor their performance.
• Drive the annual performance management process and ensure the best alignment with Lafarge in all aspects in order to have a common evaluation to the employees amongst all Lafarge business units and follow up on setting objectives.
• Manage the yearly promotion plan in alignment with department heads and validate internal transfers to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Supervise the creation & updating of all the company job profiles to ensure each employee (existing or new joiners) understands his/her job properly in order to achieve objectives.
• Conduct workload analysis and job evaluation to accommodate all jobs in the organization in their grading.
