Key Accountabilities:
• Managing the successful execution of a multifaceted portfolio of projects (Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial, Fit Out), employing strategic planning and meticulous oversight to ensure on-time completion without any delays or budget overruns.

Feb 2011 - May 2012: Damietta 500MW Simple Cycle Power Plant - Egypt - USD 250 Million (EPC project)
• Client: Egyptian Electricity Holding Company
• Project Scope: EPC of 500 MW Simple Cycle Power Plant (Fast Track Project) contains 4 power islands, GIS, Substations, RO/Demin water treatment plant, control / administration building, Infrastructure, steel structure, fence and guard towers.
• Achievement: Completed the project from Piling to Connection with national electricity grid within a record time of 7 months for execution of 1.3 KM of gas pipelines in confined site area and very tight time frame.
Nov 2008 - Feb 2011: Wathba Wastewater Treatment Plant - (UAE) - USD 360 Million

• Project Scope: EPC of wastewater treatment plant contains inlet pump station, 4 primary & 8 secondary sedimentation tanks, aeration tank, pumping stations, substations, 3 anaerobic tanks, gas tanks, effluent pumping station and storage tank, chlorination tank, infrastructure, sludge storage, administration building, Mosque and workshop.
