• Around 5 KM of roads including dry and wet underground utilities, road works, traffic signals, 22KV/415V Substations, soft and hard landscaping, street furniture.
• Approx. 25, 000 M2 GFA of light industrial buildings including first Net Zero energy industrial building.
• Circa. 225, 000 M2 of Open parks including multi-use sports fields, family gathering mounds, play equipment
• 3rd party projects (Khazna Data Centre, MAF mall, schools, residential and mixed-use buildings)
Key Accountabilities:
• Managing the successful execution of a multifaceted portfolio of projects (Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial, Fit Out), employing strategic planning and meticulous oversight to ensure on-time completion without any delays or budget overruns.
• Streamlining payment applications for consultants and contractors, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring adherence to project budgets.
• Development and implementation of progress and performance measurement criteria, utilizing advanced methodologies such as Earned Value and Key Performance Indicators to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Exhibiting proactive leadership in identifying potential delays and formulating robust mitigation plans, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining project momentum.

• Achievement: Completed the project from Piling to Connection with national electricity grid within a record time of 7 months for execution of 1.3 KM of gas pipelines in confined site area and very tight time frame.
