- Provide continuous support my team and help them to mitigate risks & issues.
- Update project status using EPM .
- Deliver weekly PSR Project Status Report to PMO.
- Deliver monthly PSR Project Status Report to Customer.


Projects:-
 Implementing FileNet High Availability (Shura Council)
Implementing FileNet High Availability solution for “Shura council” and migrate, upgrade FileNet system, including “MOAMALAT” the Admin Communication to FileNet latest release V5 High Availability solution. To increase the system efficiency and avoid the single point of failure to enhance the users satisfaction and productivity.

 FileNet Licensing Project Volume 4 (Ministry of Interior- NIC)
Providing the MOI/NIC with all the necessary (IBM-FileNet) software license renewal through an Enterprise Agreement. in order to provide MOI sectors with IBM-FileNet technologies, consultation, training, knowledge transfer and support. The project needs to address technical support, training requirements and knowledge transfer.

 Implementing FileNet High Availability (Imam Mohammad University)
Implementing FileNet High Availability solution for “Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University” and migrate, upgrade FileNet system, including “MOAMALAT” the Admin Communication to FileNet latest release V5 High Availability solution. To increase the system efficiency and avoid the single point of failure to enhance the users satisfaction and productivity.

 Archiving project (Ministry of Water and Electricity)
The project aims to scanning for 3 Millions paper and indexing.

 Full automated solution (Fringe Guard Institute)
Full automated solution for all processes of Fringe Guard Institute.

- Electronic files for administration workers of their personal data and certificates and courses Employee earned in addition to the follow-up vacations.
- Covenant and control devices delivered to the examiners and external departments and monitor warehouse operations and exchange receipt and return.
