 Developing and executing marketing/sales programs and activities to achieve unit sales targets.
 Providing personal financial planning services to customers as well as handling customer enquiries.
 Reviewing credit applications for personal loans.
 Submission of weekly and monthly sales figures and projections. Other reports include; weekly Activity reports, cross-selling of products and referring business opportunities to other units.
 Maintaining highest levels of customer satisfaction.
 Receiving, tracking and solving customer complaints.
 Giving full preview to the customers about products and services.
 Ensuring tracking and solving all bank fraud cases through specific guidelines and protocols. In addition to, preventing occurrence of similar cases.
 Enhancing customers' awareness about threats impeding their security through providing specific instructions and precautions to avoid them.
 Keeping the highest levels of quality of the services provided by following the bank's quality management system and meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 Training new-joining-employees and introducing them to the various systems of the bank.
 Meeting sales targets, by offering them to clients and also drawing in new ones to increase business.
 Keeping up to date with the latest products, services and financial laws in order to provide the most reliable advice to the customers.
 Conducting meetings with managers and discussing sales target figures and achieved figures based on studies I prepare in advance. Discussing money laundry, fraud and complaints with the concerned.
 Receive reports from junior officers with regards to malpractices, inquiries, etc.
