- Arrange transport service for workmen to sites, medical commission, fingerprint, clinic, and airport.
- Monitor expenditure to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Conducts investigation to verify and resolve production and projects site complaints.
- Monitoring transport costs such as driver’s overtime expense, fuel consumption cost, maintenance and repair cost and subcontractor’s equipment rate.
- A liaison in between the drivers and customer should a problem arise making communication skills vital.
- Submit a weekly expense report.
- Direct supervision and the development of the Action Plan for collectors and coordination with them and follow up them.
- Develop a suitable plan for the process of collection of dues to the bank customers.
- Timeliness of payment evidenced benefits when contracting with customers.
- Taking into account the bank's policy for important customers to the extent that preserves the continuity of good dealing with them, and without prejudice to the dates of payment, and this requires flexibility in dealing.
- The application of the policy gradient in claims and actions required in the case of the client defaulted on their loans, according to prepared for this purpose by the Bank collection system.
- Coordination between the collectors and the Bank for the purpose of submitting claims for clients including the collection does not exceed the fifth of every month to complete collections and deposits in the bank in a timely manner.
- Responsibility for the follow-up collection bonds (arrested), which provides for the client, and their serial numbers and dates and delivered to collectors.
