Manage procurement, tendering, and contract coordination for mechanical and infrastructure packages including firefighting, drainage, piping networks, pumps, valves, plumbing systems, and related MEP components.

Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, site teams, and suppliers to close material approvals, technical submittals, consultant comments, and compliance issues before procurement commitment.

Monitor supplier commitments after award, including material submittals, manufacturing progress, delivery schedules, documentation submission, and site delivery coordination.

• Designed and implemented procurement strategies for construction materials, heavy equipment, and long-lead items to ensure project deadlines were met.

•Negotiated contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings while maintaining compliance with technical and quality standards.

•Oversaw procurement workflows and coordinated with logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, minimizing project delays.

•Determine the needs of the company in regard to machinery and supplies necessary for safe operation, and adjust inventory accordingly.

•Reviewed suppliers for quality, cost, and responsiveness making changes where necessary to create a more streamlined process for the company.

•Developed and maintained inventory cost forecasts and estimates to ensure continuous operation.

• Review suppliers for quality compliance, work load in order to asses their responsiveness to project requirements .

• Assist suppliers with preparing prequalification and material submittals.

• Follow-up of material and equipment deliveries to site.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc and make reports accordingly.
