• Structured an investment package comprising Brownfield, Greenfield and Mezzanine facility with one of the leading renewable energy developers in Turkey; generating immediate net cash yields to investors
• Assisted on the development of a yielding infrastructure investments vehicle utilizing an SPV structure, targeting regional investors seeking investments in stable yield generating assets with attractive risk/return dynamics
• Prepared exit strategies for portfolio companies in the field of building materials
