Responsible for managing Libya NTN (National Tetra Network) project in Libya. I coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products or services and motivate project team to ensure optimal performance. I ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics. I participate in project review and status meetings and communicate project status. I utilize project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness and may assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
* Management of the project resources to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
* Defines and develops project scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for project.
* Develops forecasts and proposes responses to variances and trends with the project
* Monitor project execution to ensure all obligations are met. May pursue contract variations, when appropriate
* Responsible for adherence to program plan and budgets for project Recommends corrective actions and implements changes
* Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans
* Procures internal and external resources. Allocates project staff with required competencies to meet project objectives * Manage challenging vendor relationships.
* Manage challenging subcontractor relationships
* Responsible for direct communication to relevant senior stakeholders. Leads moderately complex communications and/or negotiations with customer.
* Identifies and manages program enhancements and process improvements.
*Conducts project reviews through the life of the project
* Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

Regional Project Manager - Motorola Solutions Egypt Based in Cairo, Reporting to Program Manager
Responsible for managing Pre and Post-sales projects in the Middle East region. Manage projects for public safety and government entities including Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense, Office of the president, Cairo Metro & General Intelligence Directorate for Astro & Tetra technologies from initiation to closing including planning, executing and controlling staff assignments, cost and schedule estimates, and scope of work, communications, vendor management, risk analysis, quality assurance and control of project’s deliverables.
Manage projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Oman and Pakistan.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily and Weekly duties also include monitoring of projects progress phases and project documents, update design plans, equipment ordering, monitoring contract pay items, running progress meetings, support to customer, factory acceptance test, shipping, in country services and support & warranty handover.
Lead cross functional project teams comprised of Engineers, Service Partners, Subcontractors, etc... Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Global Procurement, and Integration center, Sales Operations, Product Groups, Suppliers and Supply Chain in Malaysia, USA, UK, Saudi, Singapore, Germany and Dubai remotely from Egypt.
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the bid
Ensure effective communication within the project team.
Ensures adherence to the bid plan milestones and deliverables.
Reviews requirements stated in the customer request and develops the project scope of work in compliance with project strategy and defined compliance level.
Provides the B&Q Manager all services costs.
Leads the bid risk assessment and mitigation, reviews risk owners’ inputs and determines the risk management plan.
In conjunction with the Proposal Publisher, determines the structure of the proposal, section owners, deliverables and schedule for all proposal generation activities detailed in the bid plan.
Contributes to the proposal content, project plans, responsibility matrix and SOW where required.
Drives the proposal reviews and any outstanding actions.
Setup and management of data repository.
Ensure filing of final ‘as bid’ proposal and supporting information.
Lessons learnt feedback to PMO and local team.

* Commissioning & testing of new Cow sites for special events.
* Handling the expansion of Top Congested Cells in Vodafone Egypt network.
