I'm responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding the banking relationships of business banking clients. With either new or existing customers, discover banking needs, and offer solutions to meet the current and growth objectives of business clients s also will seek to source potential business and consumer customers through referrals from existing customers, business organizations, networking groups, attorneys, commercial real estate agents and CPA and will act as a business expert with the assigned branches to support, coach and provide expertise to banking center employees regarding business products and services with an emphasis on business lending.
• Work on set budget with the team and try to achieve all sales targets
• Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business
Listening to the customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make them satisfied.
Follow up by making repeat sales visit for existing customers.
