• Optimize organizational systems for payment collections, account payable & receivable, deposits, and send daily cashier report.
• Oversee appointment scheduling for daily shift
• Coach team members to deliver hospitable, professional service while adhering to set service models.
• Resolve issues through active listening and open-ended questioning with team members, without escalating major problems to manager.
• Hire, manage, develop and train staff by establishing monitored goals & conducted performance reviews.
• Provide backup to front desk to step in to assist with various tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional customer support strategies to increase customer retention & loyalty.
• Establish sales target, manage deployment strategies, and develop go-to-market plans to seize on every revenue opportunity.
• Achieve sales increase by managing relationships and proactive sales approaches.
• Manage sales support staff with administrative tasks to help sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Meet with clients to resolve unique and recurring
complaints with other departments and backoffice teams.
