A feasibility study to investigate how to upgrade mechanical traffic management system in ENR network to use GPS based traffic control system.

- Traffic control process analysis and documentation
- Point of interface between the consulting team and Ministry of Transport top officials, including deputy minister and department heads, ENR Chairman and VPs.
