1-Supporting in establish E.R.P. System (Oracle Manufacturing Module OPM) with full reporting package.
2-Full supervision on raw materials since receiving from suppliers until converting into final products, and revise the PO's actual price VS STD annual prices as per procurement agreements as well.
3-Creating all F.G STD formulas, recipes and item standard cost setup on oracle based on other department (operation and procurement) standard rates annual budget.
4-Ensure completing monthly manufacturing batches reviewing & compare it VS STD formula to investigate the significant variances with operation team to solve it.
5-Verifying from charging standard overhead (MOH) on monthly created batches according to the annual budget.
6-Preparing full analysis in respect of over / under cost applied by comparing the standard MOH which charged on created batches VS actual conversion cost.
7-Preparing monthly performance reports, cost variance analysis, PPV (purchase price variance) & SK U's cost breakdown based on raw material STD cost and STD MOH for pricing purposes.
8-Reviewing all inventory and cost management batches in draft mode before final transfer to GL and all manual adjustment as well.
9-Preparing provisions study and GL entries for slow moving items and expiry items based on inventory lot monitoring reports.
10-•Preparing Qty equations for several inventories & reconcile it with their accounts & accurate analysis for F.G completion cost.
