 EPC for DG shipment
 MOC & SEC for books shipments

• Send routing and follow up with origin and update customer with status at all stages till shipment arrival.
• Follow Up with the carriers, forwarding agent and airline for the status of shipment arrival, to ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to customer on time.

Import Operations Executive at UNIFREIGHT GLOBAL LOGISTICSEgyptian Neutral NVOCC.

• In charge of all the day-to-day UGL Routed shipments to Egyptian Ports from various destinations.
• Receive intimation on cargo readiness from suppliers, sent routing orders to various agents’ networks for timely pick up & shipping of Ocean Cargo.
• Preparing of loading confirmations & sending to clients once the LCL cargo is loaded after stuffing of LCL cargo & double checking of shipments in the CFS prior to the loading of the container to the vessel.
• Liaise with the sales team & providing of buying & selling rates to origin stations for preparation of freight invoice to be sent along with the pre-alerts.
• Negotiate rates with co-loaders on LCL.
• Coordinating "Co-load" shipments with airlines/steamship lines and overseas offices Monitoring & ensuring pre-alerts are received prior to vessel arrival & escalating to senior persons in various destinations in case of delays & discrepancies.
• Liaising with shipping lines for Estimated time of Arrivals, B/L status i.e. B/L’s being surrendered, Etc. & coordinating with origin stations in case B/L’s are not surrendered.
• Tracking & following up of containers with origin offices & local main lines from the time of loading till the containers reach the FDP.
• Managing shipment information by submitting data electronically through EDI system “ E-MANIFEST ” to send data instantly to official authorities in ports (Manifest, Bill of Entry).
• Dissemination of cargo status to client.
• Sending of pre-advices, notice of arrivals & D/O availability notices to consignees.
• Coordinating with consignees for accurate commercial docs in case clearance is required & advice easy & fastest clearance procedures.
• Liaising with the CFS for a smooth offloading of consol containers from various origins.
• Ensuring D/Os are collected at least 2 days prior to vessel arrivals & the D/O’s are available to consignees a day prior to vessel.
• Sending of reminders on shipments not cleared every 10 days after the first arrival notice has been sent.
• In case of any missing cargo/short shipment/wrong delivery/discrepancy co-ordinate with origin, suppliers and shipping lines to arrive at a quick resolution of the problem or timely filing of the claim as the case may be.
• Keeping in close contact with your clients throughout the entire import process up to and thru successful delivery of their freight.

Sea Export Executive at A.G.S Logistics

• Direct contact with clients-making daily reports of shipments. Contact different suppliers for quotations to arrange loading plan.
• Negotiate shipping rates and submit to Branch Manager for approval when necessary to be competitive.
• Arrange booking with the shipping line for such a shipment after sending the shipping declaration.
• Convert and verify shipment weight and volume.
• Coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargo with the clients, the broker's and the Subcontractor on behalf of the Client/Agent as required.

• Classify shipments according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
• Knowledge of selling & buying rates to ensure accurate billing is being received from all external sources.
• Responsible for customer invoicing and payables approval.
• Provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery and payment, insurance, ocean services or other matters affecting client needs.
• Arranging for timely cargo inspection/fumigation and following up to ensure shipment has reached its final destination.
• Ensure timely delivery to carrier's consolidators, packing depots, costing invoicing and collection of correct charges. Develops methods and procedures for transportation of commodities for designated shippers from local or offshore locations to warehouses, other storage facilities or final consignee locations.
• Communicate/correspond with overseas agents and clients in a timely manner.
