• Provide all services related to financial affairs, including financial services to various organizational units of the company, so as to help the performance of its functions and to increase its efficiency and effectiveness
• Group organizing the company's book-keeping and supervision of the accounts.
• Oversight, direction and coordination for all employees, Department of Accounting.
• Assist in data entry and extraction of monthly and annual results.
• Preparing budgets estimated for future periods and make notes regarding any kind of abnormal expenses.
• Preparing monthly report of the Director of the reality of the financial books for the company's revenues and expenses.
• Work according to the directions of public policies based on the approved plans, Chief Financial Officer briefing on the progress of work and of further work in the absence and presence instantly.
• Participate in the preparation of budget estimates, and coordination to tighten control over basic expenses and other expenses, and the study of positive and negative deviations resulting from the outgoing compared to the actual Balmekdr, raising periodic reports from those distractions to his authority.
