• Ensure that established procedures are adhered to and that new procedures are developed where specifically required by the company. Ensure consistent and correct accounting standards are applied.

• Maintain internal control standards and transaction procedures to accomplish tasks and responsibilities within the provisions of the rules and regulations of company.

• Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems, with ensuring the timely reporting of all key financial information

• Ensuring the business is fully compliance with IAS & IFRS (and updates), KSA accounting standards and group policies, KSA Taxation and Zakat filing.

• Preparation of financial statements for the activity of the company (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in ownership).

• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• Review cost-benefit analyses of selected investments and transactions, and report results to management

• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, available funds for investment and arranging new sources of finance
