Order to Cash (OTC)
• Issuing Invoices and ensure that invoices are produced on a timely basis for all completed work, and accurately reflect the details of work completed and Terms of Trade as reflected in the system or base documentation.
• Respond to all client’s queries.
• Obtain all contracts, quotations & book rates
• Ensure all sales are recognized in the right period, and to ensure all jobs completed for
the month have been invoiced or accrued.
• Issuing Credit notes & Debit Notes.
• Ensure all accrued income for each business line has been documented
• Making Credit Note analysis on monthly basis and send it quarterly to Reginal Finance
Manager with corrective actions.
• Posting Sales & Expenses JV onto Infor SunSystem.
Record to Report (RTR)
• Ensure compliance with Core Mandatory Control (CMC)
• Revenue & Cost Analysis for North Africa entities on monthly basis.
• Responsible for all Intercompany transactions, settlement and monthly reconciliation.
• Preparing Balance Sheet Tracker on monthly basis.
• Preparing bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
• Preparing FX Report on monthly basis

• Preparing VAT report on monthly basis.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits as required
