Job Description: 
-During the commissioning: Supervise and coordinate with the main contractor "DANIELI" for all the required modifications,
-preparation for the Standard of Operation (SOP). 
- Monitoring the HMI in order to ensure the plant and processes are operating within set parameters and take the required actions for smooth operation.
- Preparing Safety Work Permits and ensure all safety measures are taken before handing over equipments for maintenance.
- Monitoring the chemical dosing system as well the quality of water in open and close circuits and prepare chemicals consumption reports. 
-Prepare list with any abnormalities and follow up with maintenance during down days. 
-Prepare the daily water consumption.
-Prepare the daily report from SMP&DRP&RM-WTP and air compressors.

Preparing the following
and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
Process flow diagrams (PFD). 
Heat calculation. 
Pipe line sizing calculation.

Job Description:

Good experience in chemical process and operation.
Good experience in PLC & DCS operation.
Good experience in process of polymerization and Dope area.
Responsible for the following areas in the new project in AFCO:
•Water treatment plant with total capacity 270 m³/hr.
•Brine chiller with capacity 1860 TR.
- Supervision for the maintenance of MYCOM compressor under the supervision of KLIMA's engineers.
- Operation of the Refrigeration cycle at the best conditions with reference to KLIMA's training.
- Supervision for pre-commissioning and commissioning of Brine Chiller.
•Cooling tower with capacity 885 m³/hr.
•Air Compressors with capacity 2000 m³/hr.
•Nitrogen plant with capacity 25 m³/hr.
Studying and make a comparison between the existing R.O unit and new one.
Co-ordination and Supervision for the design & erection works of Brine
Chiller, water treatment plant and Compressors.
Studying all process and operation of existing line.
Good experience in reviewing process diagrams (P&ID).

1- - Design Engineer for Water Treatment Units
(Softeners, different Filters and Deionizer)
2- Solving all Problems of Water inside Boilers, Chillers and
Cooling towers

3- Calculate the required chemical for Boilers Chillers and
Cooling towers
