Handling all the recruitment requirements in October site and abroad sites
• Hiring for local and offshore accounts
• Updates monthly head count per LOB, capacity plan & vacancies reports and helps to maintain company’s organization charts, and employee data base.
• Manage full life cycle of recruiting implementing the overall mass recruiting strategy.
• Working on massive hiring across different LOB's such as Banking, telecom and educational sectors.
• Posting, sourcing, screening CVs of job vacancies, and interview job applicants up to mid management level, evaluates applicant skills and makes recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
• Assigning and creating offers and job description.
• Attend periodical employment fairs for recruitment and employer branding.
• Handling the on boarding, orientation and benefits process
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying and planning for the organization business plan and work proactively to fill all vacant positions.
• Responsible for coordinating with all management levels and all HR supporting functions for final interviews, assessments and the rest of process.
• Track and report all recruiting & hiring processes and follow continuous improvement targets.
• Responsible for employee’s relocation and retention offers in coordination with concerned managers.
• Maintains all monthly reports to track recruitment performance and set future plans.
