Job description:
• Acting member of management project team during tender stage,
design stage and executive stage.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibility.
• Contact with vendors during procurement stage regarding technical
issues according detail design.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Responsible for project accounting and manages project budget.
• Coordinate and control drafting team during preparation of Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical drawings and General Arrangement layouts.
• Co-ordination between Civil, mechanical and electrical works.
• Ensure scope and design changes and delivering reports to the team
leader.
• Resolve any outstanding issues among the project teams that cannot be
resolved within the team.
• Monitoring project Quality department communication like RMI's for all
materials arrive to site, RFI's for all individual activities at site.
• Managing the commissioning stage to reach the design parameters for water analysis
• Involved with The planning, controlling, monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project
objective.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored.
Periodical reporting on technical progress.
• Review deliverables prepared by our team before passing to client.
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
• Main responsibility for ensuring that the project team completes the project at contractual time schedule as per client requirements.
• Work in STP (sewage treadment plant )
• Manager operation and maintenance two S.T.P in Wakra” Barwa village and SaiLiya in State Of QATAR
• Following up the preventive and predictive maintenance activities and checking if they are done according to the standard maintenance procedure (SMP). (in O & M phase)
• Following up the corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment. (in O&M phase)
• Preparing a daily adequate reporting of work activities on site.
• Reviewing the As-Built Drawings.
• My result of STP change the B.O.D and T.S.S From 250 p.p.m To 2 p.p.m
Maintenance for all componant in S.T.P process and mechanical ( receving tank, prelemanary treatment “ screen and grit “, and sequance betch reactor S.B.R for two different (mechanical floating irriation and fixed irriation suupply the air by diffuser ), blowers for ventilation tanks, filter feed tank , and T.S.E(Treadment Sewage Envlouent ) tank coloration
system \{ coloration pump - coloration tank \} and sludge holding tank, Belt Press machine or Decanter equipments.
• Follow up the running mechanical site activities together with the construction planning schedule .
• Carry out the mechanical site inspections, Testing and commissioning .
• Responsible about reviewing the monthly progress & Invoice timely.
• Maintenance all pump in S.T.P submersible pump and horizontal pump centrifugal pumps and maintenance all valves (Ball, Butterfly, Gate valves).
