stories building, sports hall, multipurpose
hall, tanks and accommodation for staff and
guard
Job description: 1- Preparation of tender papers and evaluation
of tenders submitted by contractors.
2-Check matching of all drawings against site
conditions.
3- Dealing with local authorities to get approval
of drawings, etc.
4- Perform engineering duties as advised under
supervision of director of projects and
maintenance department.
5- Liaise with material and equipment suppliers.
6- Ensure that supervision is carried out,
inspections are done and all is documented.
7- Prepare all necessary documents connected to
completion and end of maintenance period.
8- Checking of the progress of the works
submitted by the contractor on monthly basis.
9- Note all changes and additions to the
contracts and ensure that all contract
documentation is updated accordingly.
10- Monitor that the Contractors fulfil their
obligations regarding health and safety, safety to
third parties.
