 Activities
Reviews and gives approvals for all mechanical related submission.
Verifies that materials, manufactured goods, machinery, equipment, etc supplied to the job site are
line with projects specification and granted approvals.
Ensure that the erected parts are in line with the drawings of the project prior proceeding with work,
and to highlight to the project manager of any discrepancies for necessary corrections.
Inspects site for mechanical work/installations and insures that the carried out work are in
compliance with contact documents. Advise the project manager on the progress any monitored
discrepancies.
Conducted site visit to advise project manager of any field issues and attends any co-ordination
meetings required.
Advise project manager on requirements and programming of all services and co-ordinates the
action of sub-contractors and services involved.
Assist and provided necessary data/information required by the project manager for the
preparation of reports ( includes labour and supervisions, tools and equipments, status, site
progress, amendments, delays, etc) for submission to the client.
Advise project manager on progress of erection works and suggests actions.
Completion of the welding joints, with all the required technical issues: I. Qualification testing of
Welding Procedure Specification ( WPS) including the appropriate Destructive Testing (DT) and
Non-destructive Testing ( NDT), according to the project specification and the AASHTO/AWS D.1.5.
