• Meet with sales teams to gather demand information from customers.
• Report to supply chain director the current open sales order and make comparison between plan & open sales order ( Order Book Status)
• Combine demand information, product introduction plans and planning parameters into scenarios for production and capacity plans (RCCP Report)
• Gather planning parameters of supply chain, manufacturing and sourcing (e.g. production cycle times, material lead times, cost of goods, …)
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare weekly & monthly report to make sure we are on track.
• Allocating materials for the appropriate sales orders
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Ensuring optimization of all materials management activities including scheduling, , inventory control, materials movement.
• Measuring the deviation of the actual demand from the forecasted demand
• Developed the project packages interfaces schedule throughout the whole project lifetime
• Developed the construction baseline schedule and the project Milestones Summary Schedule (MSS) based on the contractual scope of work and integrating the different project contract packages.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule & project management advice
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare weekly & monthly report. . (Monthly progress report, Progress curves & Manpower curves).
• Report to the project manger the current work progress and make comparison between plan & actual progess and study impact of alternative approches to work (Gathered information to support specific schedule studies. Gathered scheduler work force and quantity data for updating and providing current actual information (status) for discipline or specialty, progress and performance reports)
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with client as required
• Assist in preparing work program, cashflow & manpower histogram standards.
